views on room partners

Dear friends,
This topic is about our room partners where we share our not only room but also mentality .As we are right because its a human nature all people thinks thats they are always right,but somehow you analysis that whatever you think but your room mate not consider it then how you feel .. its become hard to say .
But really a room mate should me understandable your thinking your way of living life  not matters its right for him, else it is very difficult to live along so i think success is only matters because all people wants sucess they only want to make relations with successfull peoples for growth,but i think sucess means what?
is it means getting good job,earn lot of money etc ,it means only target is how to accelerate speed of successive future.
But in my view they should be first clear,honest and fluctuating nature so that they could resemble theirs self
Not heart by creating silly issues which giving a negative thinking
